The store is GEORGIOUS! I’m just amazed at how everything looks and how professional it is. How it all came together so quickly and so efficiently. Definitely professionally. My favorite section of the store is the WHOLE THING!!! I love it all! But if I have to pick one thing I’d have to say office supplies because I love office supplies and I can’t wait to sell them. The build-out process efficiency was AMAZING. We had the shell ready to go and when our build-out supervisor came in on Sunday and we came in on Monday there was already boxes and furniture and everything came together so fast and it looks amazing. The training program that we received was great. We went to Las Vegas for 4 days and it was very extensive and the best part is that the training doesn’t end it keeps going – if we need help we can get it. The real estate department was GREAT they gave us several locations to choose from and they really went to bat for us and got us a fantastic deal on the lease. The customer service from The Mail Box Stores was awesome. All through the process we have never been lost. They were always there. The customer service at The Mail Box Stores was exemplary. What impressed us the most was the customer sales process, talking with operations working with everyone was great. They were all so professional and friendly, it was all very impressive. I would recommend The Mail Box Stores because they really help you wade through the muddy waters of opening up a new business. They give you the things you need to get started, I would absolutely recommend The Mail Box Stores!

I’m very excited and I like my store very much! It looks very nice and very neat, I’m looking forward to opening up tomorrow! My favorite section of the store is the cash register because that is where all the money comes in! The store build-out happened very efficiently and everything is very nice and where it is supposed to be. The quality is great, they provide everything to run your store and you don’t need anything else when the store opens. The training program was very nice, the people were very helpful. Training at the working store in Las Vegas was great and the review training we just got in our own store was great too. The finance department was very helpful. Those finance guys are awesome, step by step they are always with you to the end. What impressed me the most was how helpful and friendly they were and patient with me too. The store is looking really great. I wasn’t here the first day but it was almost completely set up when I got here only two days after they started. My favorite part of the store is “everything” I like my supply wall, the POS, the computer, everything is outstanding here. The build-out was really good the way everything was set. The wall is set in different sections and it makes it easy for us and the customers. The finance department, I want to give thanks to Leo, he made it very simple and easy! They handled it all for us. The real estate department was very helpful made it all easy and painless. They took me through all the steps until we found just the right one. I think the store looks beautiful. Everything is well laid out and well thought out. It was all a very good experience and we are very excited. For sure I like the hands on part of the store – making the photos for passports, laminating, binding, document creation – anything hands on. My husband is more into the shipping part, he sees the volume there. The build-out was very efficient even though our location was way south of Florida. The build-out was completed in about 2 days! I checked out our competition and our prices and selection are either beating them or in line with their offerings. I think both the Las Vegas training and the training I received over the phone allowed us to catch up on everything I missed and the training at the Las Vegas store was very beneficial. We also spent the last two days with the build-out supervisor training at our own store which was a great help as we had a chance to review everything we have learned. The real estate department was great. We looked at a lot of sites, they were very patient with us and negotiated a great lease! Great customer service. They were always there. They called me all the time, there was great follow-up and the landlord and myself were responsible for any delays in the process. I would recommend The Mail Box Stores because all our questions were answered. Whatever they promised they did and when they said they would do it. I just couldn’t believe how quickly it all came together. I would absolutely recommend your company!

I’m a pro at warehousing and this company is a pro at creating business storefronts and that is why I hired them to do this. I’m a lot less nervous because they did this – the store looks great. I like the mailboxes the best because if I can rent out every mailbox that pays the rent and then everything else is profit. Everything in the build-out process went smooth we opened on time and I had not one headache, everything went great. The variety of the office products is good, the variety of the services is very nice – overall I’m very happy! The training was great, they teach you how to wrap, ship and how the programs work which is so easy. If you know how to use Microsoft you can run this business. I brought in my own money and they directed me on how to use my 401K and it was just fantastic, a totally smooth process. They have everyone in the right place. It would have taken me 6 months to do what they can do in 1 or 2 months. As for their real estate services I had found one location and I’m pretty good at that, but they found me 7 more locations and they had all the traffic surveys, demographic information and again the traffic patterns and they already had the rent information and everything in a single email! It is like a family atmosphere which is one of the things I liked most about this company. It is not very corporate and people my age understand what I’m talking about. There is not a lot of corporate headaches in this thing, it is very job oriented but it operates like a family and that is what I was looking for. What impressed me the most was the professionalism which blew me away. You are dealing with 80-100K for people who have one shot at this it is a lot of money and that is the reason I went with your company. I would recommend your company because everything is so easy and it isn’t phony. When you are dealing with your own money for a business that you have to create to feed your family you don’t want that phoniness or corporate headache.
