Customized, thorough training is available to accommodate virtually any every experience and knowledge level. Manuals, POS workbooks, and other materials are used to guide you through the operational aspects of running their new business. This training typically begins several weeks prior to the build out, and includes available training at the corporate training center in Las Vegas and in-store training at a functioning Mail Box Store in Las Vegas. A formal review of store and equipment operations is also performed by the build-out supervisor at the time your store is being built. After the initial training you will have ongoing training and support available once the store has opened lasting the entire life of your store. That is our definition of comprehensive training.

At the end of the first 30 days of your new Mail Box Store business, The Mail Box Stores offers to perform a formal review of your store. You can submit pictures and video of the entire store, daily sales records, advertising history, payroll information, and the first month’s Profit and Loss Statement. Our Senior Management Staff participates in this 30-day review in an effort to confirm your understanding of the workings of your business and that you are headed in the right direction. Additionally, The Mail Box Store’s provides you with a form which asks you to grade our performance in the many areas involved in setting up your new store – we welcome your suggestions!
